What is Estate Planning? This may be as simple as preparing a Will. This may also be as complicated as dealing with a plan to preserve assets from spend down for Medi-cal, financial Elder Abuse cases or completing a Trust division after the death of the first spouse. This may also include doing an Irrevocable Trust or a Family Partnership for high net worth clients.

What is Medi-cal planning? If you cannot qualify for or afford long-term care insurance you may need a trust with special language which includes Medi-cal strategies and pre-planning. Having a Living Trust is not enough-you need a Trust with special Medi-cal language as well as a lengthy complex Power of Attorney which allows your agent to do a variety of strategies applicable to your own situation.

Whatever your individual Estate Planning needs are, be assured that our years of experience and continuing education have prepared us to meet the challenge.
