What is Estate Planning?

This may be as simple as preparing a Will. This may also be as complicated as dealing with a plan to preserve assets from spend down for Medi-Cal, financial elder Abuse cases, or completing a Trust division after the death of the first spouse. This may also include doing an Irrevocable Trust or a Family Partnership for high net worth clients.
