Marilyn Shea has been an attorney for over 30 years and has been doing estate planning for over 25 yearss.

Her practice emphasizes trusts, wills, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, and special needs trusts. She also does special trusts (with Medi-Cal planning techniques) as well as special lengthy powers of attorney especially for Medi-Cal planning.

Marilyn’s varied professional background includes television appearances and hosting a weekly radio program with a focus on estate and retirement planning issues. She is an in-demand speaker and has addressed hundreds of audiences, blending her informative presentations with a sharp wit. She is an active volunteer in her community and her church.
